Manage Salesforce Picklist Values with AI

Picklist management is death by a thousand clicks — especially with global value sets where one change ripples across record types. SF Agent updates the metadata directly so you don't have to navigate the picklist editor for each value.

Manual
5-15 min per change
With SF Agent
~1 min

The Manual Way

  1. 1Navigate to Object Manager → Fields → select the picklist field
  2. 2Click Values → New to add values one at a time
  3. 3Set default values and reorder the list
  4. 4If global value set: update centrally, then restrict per record type
  5. 5For dependent picklists: configure the controlling field matrix
  6. 6Test that values appear correctly per record type and profile
